Coatings on cellular concrete

Partition walls in the new building are made of cellular concrete. Please list the steps involved in filling and painting the wall with dispersion paint

These steps are as follows:
1) pierwsze zaszpachlowanie masą wiążącą hydraulicznie;
2) drugie zaszpachlowanie masą wiążącą hydraulicznie;
3) zagruntowanie powierzchni środkiem do gruntowania tynków;
4) naniesienie pierwszej warstwy farby dyspersyjnej odpornej na zmywanie;
5) naniesienie wierzchniej warstwy farby dyspersyjnej odpornej na zmywanie.

Instead of mudding with a hydraulically binding mass, the wall can be smoothed with a dispersion mud. Due to the swelling of the dispersion putty, certain types of wallpaper cannot be applied to surfaces smoothed with these masses, np. plastic wallpapers and metallised wallpapers.

The warehouse hall was erected in a reinforced concrete frame structure. The fields between the reinforced concrete pillars were closed with cellular concrete wall panels. From the outside, a coating should be applied to the aerated concrete surface % polymer resin plaster. Please list the steps for applying plaster made of polymer resins

These steps are as follows:
1) zagruntowanie powierzchni środkiem do gruntowania tynków;
2) naniesienie wstępnej warstwy zaprawy tynkowej przez malowanie;
3) naniesienie wierzchniej warstwy tynku z żywic polimerowych. Preparatory work is not listed here, such as setting up scaffolding and making covers, which should also be anticipated.

If there is high humidity in the indoor room (relative humidity above 70% or evidence of condensation), additional damp proofing must be applied on the internal surfaces of the external walls. Please justify this requirement. How can such a protective coating be made?

Water vapor generated in the inner room penetrates through the cellular concrete partition. Aerated concrete absorbs water very easily, but it's hard to give it away. It is dampened by the absorbed condensation, as a result, its thermal insulation is significantly reduced. If there is a coating on the outside of the wall that is poorly permeable to water vapor, this steam and water pressure can damage the material. Frost damage is also likely.
Vapor insulation can also be made on the inner surface of the wall, by applying to this surface, for example,. ceramic tiles, metal foils as a base for wallpapers, metallised and plastic wallpapers, plastic linings and paint coatings.
